This service is ideal for busy families, professionals, and anyone relocating within Chicago, the North Shore, or the Northwest Suburbs who wants help navigating a move without managing every detail themselves.
Moving is a major transition, and it often comes with more decisions and logistics than expected. Our move management service — what we call Concierge Relocation — is designed to ease that process, so you can step into your new home feeling settled, organized, and supported from day one. (Note: we manage the organizing side of your move — packing, unpacking, and setup — not transportation or trucking.)
We assist with thoughtful editing and packing in your current home, then carefully unpack and organize your new space with intention. Every item is placed with purpose, systems are set up to support your routines, and details are handled with care — allowing your home to feel comfortable and functional right away.
From start to finish, we manage the organizing side of your relocation so you don't have to navigate it alone. The result is a smoother transition and a home that's ready to enjoy the moment you arrive.

*Pack and unpack projects require a minimum of three organizers with a four hour minimum

A well-organized home isn’t static—it shifts as life changes. Our Maintenance sessions are designed to provide ongoing care for your space, helping systems stay functional, aligned, and easy to maintain over time.
These sessions offer a thoughtful reset: light editing, re-organizing, and subtle system refinements that keep everything running smoothly. Rather than starting over, we build on what’s already in place—making small adjustments that support your current routines and needs.

OUR HIGHLY ORGANIZED PROCESS
1. Free consultation
We’ll start with a free 20-minute virtual consultation. During our meeting we’ll review your space and discuss your goals.
2. Proposaal
After meeting, we’ll put together a proposal plan that includes an estimate of time to complete your project and a vision board for your space.
3. in-home planning session
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll meet in person. This is when the fun begins — we'll walk your space together, take measurements, build a customized plan, and choose product recommendations tailored to you.
4. Organizing Day
We start with editing — sorting through your items together to determine what stays and what goes. Then we organize and put your personalized systems into action. At the end of the day, we'll take one car full of donations, so you're left to enjoy what you love.
